Who this is for

Registered NDIS providers, Supported Independent Living services, allied health practices, aged and community care organisations — generally those past the point where a spreadsheet and a shared drive can hold everything together.

The problems we are usually called about

• Evidence is assembled, not captured. Audit preparation becomes a scramble because the proof lives in people's inboxes rather than in a system.
• Rostering and payroll disagree. Shifts, travel, cancellations and award interpretation are reconciled by hand every fortnight.
• Incidents are recorded twice. Once on paper or in a form, again in whatever system the Commission reporting comes from.

Sometimes the answer is not a custom build

A custom build is the right answer when your service model, your integrations or your scale genuinely do not fit a product. It is an expensive answer to a problem you do not have.

Why this sector, and why us

Cognify designed, built and operates Ausvanta, a compliance and operations platform used by Australian NDIS providers. It covers rostering, GPS time tracking, incident management, claiming and audit evidence, and it is hosted in Australia.

That matters for a reason beyond credentials. Running a live product in a regulated sector means we have already dealt with the parts that are easy to underestimate: what an auditor actually accepts as evidence, what a support worker will and will not do on a phone at a participant's home, and what happens to a roster when someone calls in sick at 6am.

When we scope your build, that experience is what the estimate is based on — not an optimistic guess.

A note on funding claims

We do not make NDIS funding decisions and cannot guarantee any particular system will be funded. What we can do is provide the scope, quotation and technical detail a provider or their advisers need in order to make that assessment.
